Peterbilt of Atlanta

"Brought the truck in Sunday morning around 3:30 was told I had to wait until the next morning for someone to order the part needed to fix one of the issues with the truck . I’m told I can drop trailer and park at the truck stop as they don’t allow drivers to park on the property and sleep in their truck . Ok , I drop my trailer and bt to truck stop I then come back the next day to see if they've ordered the part for my truck which they did and will take another day which they stated i would get a call . So i go back to truck stop to wait and i come back the next morning around shift change . I called ahead of time to check to see if part came in which it didn't yet but was coming this morning . They tell me once i get back to the dealer from the truck stop down the street that my space in line goes to the end if i leave which no one told me when stating i had to park off premises . Fast forward to now I've been here because they don't hold many parts for trucks it seems . They discovered I needed another part which they should've diagnosed correctly when the truck came in and I'm finally done with repairs but i have to wait here for hrs for someone to test drive my truck up and down the street . I don't advise anyone to bring your truck here go to the location in kennnesaw, ga even though this place is 24hrs it doesn't by any means mean quicker or better service . It's Wednesday afternoon still waiting on someone to test drive the truck . I'm a Prime owner op tell r/a and our peterbilt rep about your bad experiences here so they can get you to a better location . This isn't my first time here either I've brought multiple Petes here same every time ."

"I have been in the Transportation Industry for 40+ years have ran pretty much every truck manufacturer at one time or another , since 2007 have been primarily Peterbilt and I can honestly say the service that I have received with respects to a $119,000.00 accident repair job by Peterbilt of Atlanta is despicable , the unit has had multiple safety related issues since leaving their facility they have NO sense of SAFETY or QUALITY CONTROL measures in place only thing on their mind as is the case with lots of Peterbilt dealers today ring the cash register , stay clear of this location or you will get burned"

"This review is for Adam, Mobile Technician and Professional! I set up a mobile tech appointment for Tuesday morning. Apparently there was a communication error and Adam showed up to the appointment 1 day earlier. Unfortunately, I wasn’t available at the time he showed up to repair my truck. After communication with Dispatch, Adam volunteered to come back and complete the repairs. Once he arrived back, (late in the afternoon), he was ever the professional! He listened intently on what the issues I had with my truck and immediately went to work. I spent 23 years in the Military and rarely have I seen anyone since exhibiting “Self Sacrifice” and “Dedication to Duty” as I have from this Man who was caught in between a communication error. I would give him 10 stars if it was available, and I am forever grateful to Adam for his sacrifice and dedication! He not only repaired my Truck (Business), but he renewed my faith in more than multiple ways."
