"Last week my 88 year old Mom mentioned that she left the adapter for her seat belt in her car we just recently replaced with a new one; yet she still drives. I called O'Reillys and Lola checked for the product and offered to keep it at the front desk for me; a $& item. When I arrived she was busy with another customer, but still said hi, so Jim was there to help and I asked about another product and as we were talking Ronnie came over and they both went with me to help find the product and explain it's purposes. I was thanking them when a lady at the next register being taken of by Dshun overheard me and said I was right this was better than the one next closest so she always came here. Another man came up and said the same. Kate appeared and I was still complementing the kindness and non judgement of the staff and she just smiled. She could have told me she was the manager but instead just nodded allowing her staff to get the glory; then I realized who she was. That's leadership training and hiring people who work, know their job and are really good at customer service. All five were friendly and helpful from start to finish. I'm no mechanic so will never buy the high dollar parts in the back but it didn't seem to bother them that they knew that. I know where to go if I need help. Now you do, too."

"I wish I would have asked the young ladies name who helped me... she had olive green colored nail polish..it was cute. But that's not the reason for 5 stars. She was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. She helped me get the right oil for my truck, and when she didn't see it on the floor, she went to check it in the back. She also answers a few of my questions concerning adding the oil to my truck. I appreciate customer service like this. I have been to many places where employees will say we don't have it and show no effort in providing me alternatives, but she did that, and it was refreshing. Thank you."
