"I bought 2 brake rotors for my car and they were to big. I went back to get my refund and they won’t give me my money back. There saying it is in an “un-sellable condition.” It doesn’t matter what condition it is. I got my receipt and I want my money back."
"Don't fall for all the lifetime warranty 8 years later because sticker fell off,one month ago they replace my starter 6months old same shop different owners. So I will call corporate and let them decide. And people who represent Napa should never say the comments that were made by him .I took it as an insult, a great disrespect. But don't judge Napa, my lifetime had come to the end and I must find paperwork. Trust me I'm going to dig and find it ,or at least find old owners ."
"The quality of the parts are not why I am reviewing this location highly. I feel this location deserves a high mark due to the extraordinary experience I had working with Nick & Logan. They went above and beyond to help me with a problematic alternator purchased from another Napa location and really helped things go as smoothly as possible being stranded. Cannot thank these guys enough! Most people would just said sorry there is nothing we can do while they delivered the part I needed along with bottled water out of the kindness of there heart. Someone give these guys a promotion! We need more people like this in retail."
