"I had an appointment at 9am...when I walked up to go inside one of the women who work here met me at the door and asked me for my name. I Gave it to her, she motioned as if she couldn't hear me and I told her again. She said she'll get my paperwork together and she'd be outside. I went back to my car. 10 minutes later, a man pulls up behind me and proceeded to speak with a different woman who was doing an assessment on a car in front of me. They knew each other and spoke. Afterwards, he proceeded to tell her how many times he's had to come up to this establishment to get his car "fixed" and that owner will not acknowledge the poor work they have done. This conversation went on for about 10 minutes. That conversation and reading the Google reviews told me it would be best to take my car elsewhere. As I was pulling out of the parking lot, I received a call from this place. I ignored it and have rescheduled my vehicle with a different shop. The warning signs and the writing were on the wall for me."
