"The car wash I received was just okay. I had to ask them to clean a certain area while I was checking my vehicle. There were other areas I noticed that had been untouched. But, I just left it as is after asking for the initial area to be cleaned. I probably won't be getting this service again."

"They cheat to customers, I went there to change my oil and they just added oil, they didn’t replace the oil filter, the receptionist it’s a nice lady she told me to go back and they will replace it, but the was so wrong. And also the place smells like weed, very unprofessional, I’m not going back there for sure."

"I just brought a new Tesla, and wanted a hand wash for my new baby! When I tell you, Cartopia came through! First of all a large establishment and I was pleasantly surprised. I liked the fact there’s a spacious lounge to wait, in comfy chairs, so I was able to watch the World Cup. When my car was brought to the front and I was told it was ready I was greeted with a smile by car wash tech Michael. When I tell you he had a pearly white smile, and showed me the car. Wow I was impressed, the body of my carwash was shining red! and my tires OMGshiny black, it looked like they put new tires and rims on my Tessi. I was expecting my car to look but not that good as its new already, but the detailed clean made it way better. I must admit I usually get the regular car washes but with my Tessi it will be hand wash only. Also at the end of my car wash I got to select some free smell goods for my car, I chose Strawberry, so my car was smelly so sweat. Yeah. Shout out to Chris as we was the main tech that also washed my car. Cartopia staff are the sweetest!"

"If I can give them no stars at all I wld this is the worst car place I’ve ever been to I had so much problems with this place just for them to only give me 350$ outta my 750$ I gave them which they charged me 100$ for a deposit so I basically only got 250$ back they tried to rent me 3 cars all 3 had the check engine light on the last car te gave me was this one and it was late and dark the light in the car didn't work so i couldn't really see the inside till the next day i went down stairs i opened the door the car was dirty in and out the check engine light came on in that one also i called they told me the would give me 400$ outta 750$ and they didnt on top of that they gave me a check ive never been to a car place where they give you checks DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AT ALL"
