"TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE!! These folks cost me over $200 in rental car fees by giving me false information. William, the manager acknowledged that it was an error on their part and refused to even attempt to rectify the situation. He literally just said sorry and to call GEICO after his employee lied to me THREE times about extending my rental car with Enterprise. Took a month to fix a fender and get an alignment. Finally get my truck back and it’s shaking while accelerating, missing a fender liner, and my spare tire was also MISSING when I picked it up!!! Why was it even removed!??!? Sketchy shop doing bad business and costing their customers unnecessary money. Take your car somewhere else!"

"The damage reported by our insurance agency was not fixed, they went over budget, took several weeks to negotiate with the insurance, and still didn’t complete all of the work. We feel like we weren’t taken care of and not listened to. How could you not simply check the original list of damages for this unresolved problem or talk to us to clarify? It shouldn’t have taken so long to only repair one issue and ignore the others. We are very dissatisfied."
