"This place was easy to make an appointment with and the receptionist at the front desk was nice but I’ve been driving ford 250 trucks for more than 20 years. Recently I purchased a 2022 250 truck with low mileage. I’ve put roughly 2000 miles on it and the brakes have a loud screeching noise when they get hot which is fast, also there is a problem with the alignment on the rear tire. I took it here to get the problem corrected and it was a waste of my time. I was told and given a print out saying it was normal for the brakes to make that sound and they can’t check the alignment because it has a leveling kit on it. I was told to take it back to the ford dealership where I purchased it. Not sure what’s going on with our work force today but I hope we get better than this in the near future or it’s going to be a long road."

"Went for oil change, tire rotation and codes. They said ok, we'll do everything. Called 2 hrs later said vehicle was ready. When I picked it up they said we changed oil, but tires were too big to rotate? And they don't hv code reader. So... I had coupon for oil and rotate ($99), it's a diesel, they charged me $93. Not good business."

"This place is terrible! no accountability, I called for battery service the guy told me the price would be $190 this rude girl called back stating she was the adviser and the price would be $270 plus taxes because of where the battery located, I told her the pervious guy had got my car information which would tell EXACTLY where the battery would be and give me a rate, all she can says is oh well. After my car was ready for pick up, the same guy quoted me $190 called and told me the car was ready and I advise him what the girl says, he pulled the ticket and told me “I don't know why she told me that it's only $190 got to the place to pay for my car NOW $270 plus taxes and all he can says is oh didn’t realize where the battery was located. VERY CUSTOMER SERVICE, both at this point become nonchalant and rude"

"This location has taken a nosedive in service since I last came here in Jan. 2022. I got to the location at 8:30 am on a Saturday, expecting it to be busy, and they said 2 hours. Ok, fine. 2 hours came and went and it wasn't until 11:50 am, more than 3 hours until I had my car ready and had paid. Your former employee Jackie (who I was told left for another dealership, good for her) was such an asset to your team. All I got was gruff, rude, employees and no updates until 2 hours in that they finally had started work on my car. That was not explained to me at the outset. I had interpreted the time frame as 2 hours until completion. I will not be returning to this location."
