"Ordered an expensive BBK kit for my C8..didn't hear about shipping confirmation, so called after a week to check status and was told kit will ship in a day or two. Almost another week goes by and nothing. So called again and was told that rotors are coming from CA and it will be yet another 2 weeks. Very disappointed at the lack of communication and transparency on shipping eta, given I have a track day coming up in October. Update 9/20/23 As stated in the response, Nathan the owner of Cicio personally stepped in to help expedite shipping of the kit, and overnighted the parts to me. I definitely appreciate the follow up and the intervention to alleviate the situation!"
