"Ordered an expensive BBK kit for my C8..didn't hear about shipping confirmation, so called after a week to check status and was told kit will ship in a day or two. Almost another week goes by and nothing. So called again and was told that rotors are coming from CA and it will be yet another 2 weeks. Very disappointed at the lack of communication and transparency on shipping eta, given I have a track day coming up in October. Update 9/20/23 As stated in the response, Nathan the owner of Cicio personally stepped in to help expedite shipping of the kit, and overnighted the parts to me. I definitely appreciate the follow up and the intervention to alleviate the situation!"

"I brought my 2023 C8 Stingray here to have an AWE track exhaust system installed. I learned that they have this system in stock and for a GREAT price. Being a new customer they graciously gave me a full tour of their immaculate shop! They showed me various customers cars and the services being provided. This is a 5 star, top shelf run establishment. They truly understand customer service and are AVID performance and exotic car enthusiasts. C8's, GTRs, Audi R8's and Porsches are their specialty. If your in need of any upgrades or repairs... THIS is the place. My car was completed without grease, fingerprints and extra careful care. Im a VERY picky person with who works on my vehicles, and I fell at ease here. Kudos to the team."
