"I came into this pep boys to get my flat tire replaced. I tried to get my original tire patched up but because it was severely damaged on the inside they told me my best bet was to get a whole new tire. Due to circumstances, I couldn’t afford the total amount of the service. So they replaced my tire with a used one for the time being, and gave me a huge discount! I. Was. In. Tears! I really wish I remembered his name! He is usually at the front desk I am beyond grateful for his help and kindness! I would recommend this pep boys to anyone! "I came in on a Sunday as a walk-in for an oil change. Richard was very professional and took care of getting my vehicle serviced. Within 5 minutes my I seen the mechanic drive my car in to get service and was done no more than an hour. Excellent customer service and definitely recommended"
