"I went to the Windward Parkway location in Alpharetta, Ga. They told me there was a 2.5 hour wait. I had a nail in my tire. I waited. They finished in 2. Don’t know if it was a fluke, but after me, there was no one. Recommendation: Go after 1pm. Bring a drink. They don’t sell drinks near the waiting area."

"No communication, time wasted. Bought tires online and had an appointment confirmed, went there 7:15am, waited for 1h nobody showed up to open the store. Called couple times during the day nobody answered. Canceled my order and got the money back. Good luck if you try it"
"TERRIBLE experience. They had one job it was too put on two brand new tires on my car. The employees were nothing but inexperienced , rude, and just trashy. Yes my car isn't perfect it's a 2002 but I am a college student who saved up money to purchase my car and I want to take care of it. I returned to pick up my car and noticed my front bumper was sagging, somebody obviously hit it up against something. The service manager, store manager and employees showed no sympathy made me feel like I was crazy and they did nothing to my car. Should I be surprised ? Taking my car to the cheapest place around and not expecting any damage done? I took that risk and it ended up biting me in the ass. They gave me no DISCOUNT at all and made me just submit a claim."
