"This had been one of the worse experience that I had with any customer service. I called the day after they changed my broken phone screen. I told them that my GPS was not working properly. I specifically talked to manager, and he explained to me that it was wierd that the GPS was not working. He told me to come back to the store that someone will help to solve the problem. My phone got worse, finger print didn't work, neither back bottom. I came and what I found was a young man that didn't look at you when he speaks. That supposedly has a mayor in computer science and that I don't know what I was talking about. That I was begging him to fix my phone when he couldn't do anything about it. I was sent specifically by the manager, and nothing got solved.in the contrary, I spoke with a "13 year old teenager" that seems to know more than the adult and think that the adult is just crazy. Horrible experience. Jack Parker (store manager) doesn't know the peple working at his store."
"You can easily see this place from the street and they have a small private lot. I came in the have my car battery checked. Had to wait about 10 minutes but no big deal. Service was good."
