"Y’all didn’t give me a receipt, didn’t change my oil filter and then lied about it when I confronted you. This was borderline criminal. Then you have the nerve to text me days later asking for a review?? I wasn’t going to say anything, just simply not go back. Stay away"
"Nothing special about this place. Achieved my goal of getting an oil change. Service was very slow, mostly friendly. They gave me the incorrect mileage on my next service due sticker. I was told one price before I pulled in and was told a higher price at checkout. When I questioned it, I got a little push-back before the employee just went ahead and gave me a discount that was even lower than what I was originally told. Much appreciated."
"They were friendly so perhaps I was there on an off day but it was chaotic and not fast (which they did apologize for). Had my tires rotated and the tire pressure light came on less than 2 miles after I left. Ignored a request to change a bulb."
"DO NOT GO HERE. They will mess your car up and blame you. They are not car experts and they will charge you 2-3 times the amount they should charge you. They even tried to void my warranty so they could wash their hands. Customer service sucks and if your are easily intimidated this isn’t the place for you. They will side eye you and mean mug you if you have an issue. Everyone works hard for their money during these times and jiffylube will take your money and verify later. Don’t email them it’s a waste of time. They don’t care. I’ve been waiting for corporate to call me but they haven’t made one attempt."
