"I am writing to provide a review for "Big Twin" at the Mavis Tire location in Sandy Springs, GA. I had an issue with a sensor on my vehicle and the sales association asked me to pull around, so that someone course check my vehicle. There was no wait and Big Twin immediately diagnosed the issue and provided guidance for repairs. I was able to have my vehicle repaired and he took the time to explain the issue and how to avoid future malfunctions. I appreciate his patience as well as his vehicle knowledge. I will return to this location due to this exemplary service! Thank you, Big Twin. :-)"
