"Responsive, professional and dedicated to high quality work. My initial replacement arrived damage so my replacement was rescheduled for a few days later. When my new windshield was about to be installed, the tech noticed a piece of debris stuck inside the windshield layers, so they re-ordered another one and replaced it the next day."
"If I could give zero stars I would. Completely unprofessional. Two service techs hung up without any information or warning so I guess their policy is to just "give up" if the job seems too big...although you claim to replace windshields and that's the only service I needed so perhaps...this is a scam? Very curious. I'll be speaking to the Better Business Bureau. You're better off going literally ANYWHERE else. Disgusting customer service."

"The good: polite on the phone. Quick service. Came to my house. The bad: I ordered a wind shield with a tinted strip across the top and they did not have one so the installer took it upon themselves to install a plain Jane windshield without discussing it with myself or my wife who was there at the time. The ugly: I called and spoke to someone about the issue. They told me they would leave a message for the lady who handeled my claim and could not give me an answer as to how this issue would he resolved. Its been 3 weeks since that conversation and I have not received a call."
