"Glory Tire and Auto recent service experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and concerned. I took my car to their shop for front brake pads and rotors replacement, providing the requested parts from Autozone. Despite their assurance that the work was complete, I experienced persistent issues, including a metal screeching sound, heavy vibrating, and noise during braking. Seeking a second opinion, I visited the service department at a dealership only to discover that while the brake pads were replaced as requested, the rotors were neglected. The existing rotors exhibited heat spots and warping. Upon contacting Glory Tire and Auto for resolution, I encountered uncooperative behavior. They not only argued with me over the phone but also failed to provide any meaningful resolution to address the incomplete service they had performed. This experience has not only caused inconvenience but also raised serious concerns about the quality of service and integrity at Glory Tire and Auto."

"I have been bringing my car to them for over a year. He tells me the price beforehand plus I have sense enough to ask. Never disappointed. Very polite. Always nice. I have an older car which is not American made and I know it’s going to be expensive but I trust Dixon completely. Both are good at what they do. If there is a problem I don’t believe it’s them."

"So I'm really disappointed because I really wanted to like these people. I came here one time and they treated me right and they did a good work. Came back a second time and the guy told me that it would be $80 for an oil change but Valvoline told me it would only be $46 so they lost me there. Came back a third time months later and I was asked to come back at 2:00. I respect people's time and so I got back at at 1:57... They asked me to wait a few seconds for them to finish lunch before they test drove my van. So in my mind that means 5 to 10 minutes tops. And if it's going to take more time they should come to my van knock on the window and say "hey haven't forgotten about you we got a little caught up but we're still going to test drive the van." But no one did that so I ended up leaving at 2:51 and I'll just find someone else.. this is really such a heartbreaking experience because I really wanted to do business with these people. One of the things that business owners forget about is a lot of time it's not about what you do/know it's how much people like you when deciding whether or not to put money in your pocket.. I travel a lot but I always come back to Georgia, I really wanted to have a mechanic that I could have that I trusted but this really really put me off and it's unfortunate. It's unfortunate because it goes so much further than mechanics and it's really indicative of how far society has fallen regarding the way people treat others. SAD!"
