"This was my first time at this location on Austell Rd. Walked in a few days before for a quote & Mr. Billy was very informative, pleasant, very helpful. He literally answered all of my questions pertaining to a potential purchase & seemed happy to answer my questions. No lie, I also visited the floyd Rd location & the man in the front was so irritated by me asking a few questions. If I am making a thousand dollar purchase, I have questions! "Frank was amazing! I was so stressed with my tire blowing out, when taking my kid to school this morning. He told me to bring it on in to this location. "I recently came here on two occasions and I was helped by the manager Billy. I had a bolt in my tire and they were able to effectively repair it! The mechanic was fast and efficient. I also came in for an oil change in the afternoon, and they got me in and out! The customer service is exceptional and Billy is very knowledgeable! I will return for more services."
