"I told them I wanted to get my car fixed (body work) showed them all the dents and told them it will be a new color inside and outside with a lot of flakes (sparkles). Given a quote of 2k and I had to buy my own parts. No problem, they said 1 week and one week turned into 2 weeks and a day or so.. no issue I said take your time as long as it’s right. He agreed to do the front and back bumper fix the dents and replace the tail light. Well today I picked up the car to nothing being remotely done correctly! I’m crying and they are saying you still need to pay and if you wanted everything done than I need to charge you more! If you wanted more than no problem if it’s done right! But today.. my blood is boiling and I’ma have to find another shop to redo everything they have done! And yes the tail light is not put in properly so it’s hanging out!"

I randomly went on line and chose this auto shop. I was immediacy greeted and my problem was accessed. I was given a guarantee that it would be fixed in three days, as well as replace the wheel guide and scratch. The repair man even offered to go and purchase the wheel guide . I chose to purchase the wheel guide and returned it to the shop. In two days my Nissan Kicks 2022 was repaired . Dent gone. Wheel guide replaced sand the scratch removed / painted over. The invoice was prepared as agreed upon. My vehicle looked brand new. Excellent work, professional and all done in a courteous and timely manner. My vehicle was even shined up.
