"Poor customer service. Ordered online. Called and asked them to hold it that I wasn't going to make it to pick it up that day. The next morning my order was cancelled. Called the manager and asked what could be done, she had no remedy. She said " well we only keep orders for 2 days." Even though I called and asked for them to hold it..... I'll shop elsewhere. #ruralkingischeaper"

"The place is easy to get to. Staff are all great people. They are usually under staffed, and other than feed they rarely have what I need when I do stop. Again, other than feed when I do find what I need there it is way over priced. They ( corporate ) seem to have the old hardware store mentality of screw them when they need you most. If you need feed you will be very happy with the place. If you need to know something, the staff all seem to be old hands and know a lot more than anyone else you could go to. Even the young girls that work there know more about agg related stuff than anyone in any other store in this area. I gave them 3 stars inside that the staff gets 5 and corporate gets 1 !"
