"terrible customer service. started off just fine… came for my emissions however my battery had died during the process. the man there was kind enough to give me a jumpstart TWICE so i could get going. my car has no hood strut it broke, and the man was aware of this from the start. the hood fell on his head, and he got pissed at ME like it was my fault and told me to leave. it was completely out of both of our control and he was rude and yelling for absolutely no reason. i understand his frustration but he took it out on me and did not apologize for his actions. i was nothing but kind and cooperative the whole time, and he had the nerve to tell me it was unacceptable as if i did it on purpose… best believe i will not be returning he ever again and advise everyone to stay away. terrible service."

"Most horrible experience I have ever had to go through. This man had the audacity of accusing me from the get go that I had put "chemicals inside my tank"- I've gone to him for over 5yrs to do my emissions test never had an exchange of words, drive up he tells me to step out of my vehicle I do he does his test, I pay, and see him the following year. Simple. A service is provided and he's paid. Today I drive up as per usual with my daughter I say good afternoon and he ignores my greeting and proceeds to tell me what I put in my tank. I ask what he means he tells me I put chemicals and advances to start the test and to tell me not to bring my car back to his shop. I tell him I've been out of town and my car has been untouched. To this he keeps accusing me which then I tell him that he doesn't know me and he's accusing me of something I didn't even know how possible. Please beware of this man he makes assumptions and had no interest in hearing you out. For $20 the embarrassment and the exchange is not worth it. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on."
