"This store has really gone above and beyond. If I can get art and craft supplies from this store instead of other local craft stores, I will be going here exclusively. I called this store recently and told a very nice lady, who identified herself as a manager, that I was looking for some specific sized crochet hooks. She immediately dropped what she was doing and went back to see what they had in stock. She told me what they had and I told her about my current mobility concerns and why I wanted to call before I went through all the effort to get into the store. She said that she completely understood, rewalked through that section of the store to make sure there weren't any obstacles, and once the person I was with wheeled me in there, she checked to make sure I was doing ok and able to find what I needed. I hope this review is seen by people higher up at JOANN so this woman and the other people working there that day can get a raise. I have also sent in a formal thank you to JOANN through their main website. As a person who is now dealing with disabilities, this interaction at this store has had a very positive impact. Thank you."

"I love to go to Jann fabrics and Crafts! They have something for just about anyone who does any sewing or craft work. You can also just decorate your home from the store. They have a lot of decorative items for any given season. Right now my Joann has Fourth of July decor on sale and it's already been decimated! You have got to be quick to get in on these sales!!! Today I went in to get yarn to finish a project and the pickings were thin there too. The staff are always great though about using every possible coupon you have to save you money. They are the greatest!!!!"
