"Dallas Georgia location is horrible. Their quotes are off point. New estimate at another Gerber was $800 higher. Scheduling is at best wrong. I confirmed the appointment a week prior to show up and I was not on the schedule. I left and had the whole thing moved to another Gerber in Duluth Ga. 49 miles away from home that was 5 miles. I gave 2 stars to incitivise improvement or close up shop. This franchise is suffering. Constantly looking for employees."

"Took our car in for a simple door ding repair. Almost 4 weeks later we still do not have our car back. Keep getting excuse after excuse with no results. Apparently they broke parts on the door during the repair. Instead of actualy driving to get the parts, they wait on delivery of said parts. Then say the wrong parts were delivered. Not willing to do whatever it take to get the job done. We will never bring a car here again and will never recommend this company either. GO ELSEWHERE!"
