"If you don't need a deep technical situation with your vehicle then yes get a tire repaired a battery. Personal experience has been for me sometimes the clerk behind the counter has little or no clue as they are "just filling in" But the regular crew will take care of you Big plus is they are a bit cheaper on oil change. But I recommend making an appointment for that"

"The techs doing the tire changes and all the other work are very good at what they do and hard workers but not always the most personable (especially on the phone) because they are so busy, but the tire center manager ELY is great! HE will get it done! When you call or go there definitely ask to speak to ELY! :D Also you will save time by calling ELY ahead of your visit to schedule an appointment so that you can get in and out quickly. That's what I did and it was an AWESOME experience!"

"Came in for an oil change. Three guys were working on one car. No one even greeted me let alone came to see what I needed. Oil changes normally take a decent amount of time and I was willing to wait, I had some shopping I needed to do. After about 10 minutes I just left and went else where. Ultimately, I understand the car they were working on was there first. I didn’t expect them to immediately start on my car. I just wanted someone to greet me and get my info."
