"My mail was left on the ground next to a package. Some envelopes had checks in them. This has happened several times. Customer correspondence that was mailed was never recieved by me. Customer's have has to resend payment due to lost and torn mail. I was behind my mailcarrier and she stopped and put mail in box and drove on. I knew a package was scheduled for delivery, but when I checked mail box there was a note that said attempt delivery. She never pulled into my driveway."

"I see now why this post office has 2.4 stars There’s no consistency. Just bought a house with roommates and there’s was no mailbox. I had packages ordered months before I came to campus and when they out for delivery they held it. I understand that’s the law and that’s fine but. There’s an option for re-delivery or pick up the next day. I picked up two packages that way. They were there for 2 days. The 3rd package had came so I went to pick it up the next day and this smart a** older guy up front with glasses. Made it seem like it was all my fault. He kept giving the the runaround for a week saying “they didn’t check, come back tomorrow.” Now today I went and he told me they sent it back. When I had multiple chances to pick it up before that could happen."

"I’m having the same problems that everyone else is having; packages not delivered and all of a sudden you get a final notice of my package and IT WAS NEVER ATTEMPTED to be delivered the FIRST TIME! I’ve complained to the postmaster in Jacksonville (several times) and that didn’t fix it. I’ve called the supervisor in Bham and STILL nothing was done. One of the supervisors confided in me, that one of my deliverers is trying to get a medical pension and is purposely doing a poor job so she will be declared no longer able to perform her job and sent home with a fat medical pension. That WOULD explain why she is not held accountable, in other words, they don’t want to give in to her. I don’t know what else I can do except complain to someone who already knows it’s a problem, and again to his boss who also know it’s a problem. It seems no one wants to do their job! I’m hoping someone steps up and be the HERO of Jacksonville!"

"There have been several times when I have not received my mail. Some of my mail has Money inside cards sent to me by friends.I complain to the post office But it happened again In December of 2021. This is an illegal situation! I have lived here a year and lost money, credit card statements and bank statements. A very unreliable post office!! Sandra Thompson"

"I often order live food for my animals and they cannot be left in extreme heat or cold. My mail person won't walk up our hilly drive way or our stairs to deliver. He throws it on the steps and never even knocks on the door. Today he didn't even attempt to deliver an important package. It wasn't anything I had to sign for. It was his first delivery attempt. He gave me a notice for it as a final delivery. Like... what?!"
