"This place is a gift from god. Me and my friends went on a road trip seven hours from home. Our first road trip as adults. With 2 hours left in our trip our radiator had some issues and we couldn’t drive it anymore. So we pulled into the nearest shop. In addition to items on my list (5), Mr. Dan performed a thorough inspection and then discussed my wants and other relevant repair items to consider. I agreed and he did the work. Results - - Outstanding! Best vehicle repair experience and outcome. Struts, air conditioning, mounts, shocks, bushings, fluids, timing belt. engine stuff, radiator, wheel alignment, instrument panel referral, and more. I maintained my car in the past but now she's driving like almost new. Incredible - - she may be around another decade. The Auto Lounge/Mr. Dan is: knowledgeable and technically skilled; thorough, flexible, client centric and professional. Shares progress and keeps you informed. "Dan , the owner , is a Lexus master tech. He installed my cat back portion of my exhaust, the Carbon fiber driveshaft, my vland head lights, done several leak inspections and has advised me on jobs like valve cover gaskets etc. He has been straight forward with me , doesn't mind doing after market part installation etc. He just did my OS Giken differential. Other shops have treated me like a small spender. With Dan I can work with him on any project, he is respectful and he has been genuine."
