"Today, my home was visited by a man with three other individuals who wished to discuss a Kirby. I was showering, and my partner answered the door. My partner is very nice, so they proceed to start their sales pitch. My partner explains that I am in the shower, but I currently fighting cancer and receiving chemo. As a result, I have a suppressed immune system, and most likely wouldn’t be up for a presentation. The lead salesman asks if I’m available. He was informed I was not. At this point the salesman tells my partner they will be back next Sunday. As stated, my partner is nice, but when needed, I am not. I have tried to call the number in South Point to warn them to not come to my home next Sunday. As a person on chemo, I am not going to let salespeople I don’t know, who may not be vaccinated, who are not wearing masks, and have went door to door in my home. I am at high risk of infection, and I intend to let them know that if I get so much as a sniffle, I’ll file a civil suit. I am not a person that seeks to use the court system, but I’m not putting my health at risk. I do not go out in public except to visit my parents. I have three more months of treatments left, and it appears my cancer will be in remission. It was such a struggle suffering with cancer that I will not allow anyone to jeopardize my health as I reach the end of treatment. I am still unable to reach the office to inform them to not show next Sunday. If I cannot reach them before then, I truly feel sorry for the sales team that knocks on my door. I understand people need to work, but going to a home without an invitation is a horrible idea. They have no idea what circumstances the home owner and his or her family might be facing. If I want a vacuum, I’ll either visit a store, or shop online. My time is valuable, and if I have to address this next Sunday face to face, I will. Hopefully, I am able to relay the message, and do not have to risk potentially infectious contact."

"My husband let a man and a woman into our home while I was busy getting ready for the day. We had a friend over and he wasn’t interacting with them or anything. Just minding his own business. My husband thought that it was going to be a cleaning supply demonstration (something like showing how Bleach cleans an object) and that it was going to be a ten minute thing. Boy was he wrong. It was for the vacuum and it took an hour of listening to them (and he even asked for them to hurry up, which the man did not listen to) go on about each of the accessories. They asked to see our bedroom and when my husband refused, the man got really upset and started making passive aggressive remarks. We didn’t even hear the whole demonstration as he kept going on how we disrespected him. He then threatened our friend! Saying things like how he lives in our town and the likes. Our friend requested to get the name of their manager and the man refused to tell him. To make matters worst, they had given my husband a phone number and when our friend called, it was nothing but static! DO NOT LET ANYONE YOU DO NOT KNOW IN YOUR HOUSE!"

"The people who sold me a Kirby vacuum took my vacuum that worked perfectly. The one I bought from them is so heavy and cumbersome that I can't use it. They left no instruction book so I can't use attachments. I didn't know they were taking my cleaner until they were gone! The worsy!!"

"This place is a COMPLETE SCAM. They take you and leave you for hours without your phone or bag in some random person's house and then they refuse to pay you. They paid 25$ for a week of work then said I should have read my paperwork better. They are liars and scammers and because of them I have not been able to pay bills this month. Poor service. If I had the time I would wait outside and warn other people not to get involved with these THIEVES."
