"Takes a LOT for me to leave a bad review, but they deserve one. They must have changed ownership or management, because I’ve been taking my Tundra’s here for years, and over the years it’s started at around $55 for an oil change and wash and eventually creeped up to about $80 for both, which is fine. I pulled in yesterday and was told they could not find my vehicle in their system, despite the fact that I had visited with the SAME vehicle multiple times in 2023. I was told that a synthetic mix would be around $100 and full synthetic oil would be close to $120. I explained that’s way higher than I’ve been paying for years prior, and they basically were like “No you must be mistaken.” Ended up taking it to True Automative and got full synthetic plus a new oil filter for $85 dollars. Guess they’ve slipped into the gouging category. Sad, they were great for a long time."

"UPDATE- The Area Manager contacted me. He apologized for how this location handled my issue. He told me he would compensate me for the repair. Sure enough, about 2 weeks later, the general manager of this location called me and told me he had a check for me. He apologized and hoped I would consider using them again in the future. Only thought it fair to share this update. Still not sure I’ll ever use a car wash again, but they made good on their damage. USE CAUTION!! Used this car wash for my car. Wash malfunction damaged my window trim. Workers were super nice when it happened, even helped me fill out a claim report. Never heard back from anyone. Called and stopped by to talk to GM. He was “too busy in the line but would call you right back.” Clear no one is going to call or respond. When they damage your car, don’t expect any response. Tried for a couple of weeks to give them a chance to even say they would not cover the cost. Nothing. So warning others now. Go somewhere else. ANYWHERE ELSE!"

"Dropped my car off for an extensive interior detailing after it looked like some powder exploded all in my car. Michael and his team were kind, professional, and worked hard to make my car look like new again. Greatly appreciate their attention to detail and Customer service. Will definitely continue to visit them for my vehicle cleaning needs!"

"I stopped by for a detail and an oil change. They didn’t have any filters or oil in stock to take care of my truck. But that’s ok I’ll take it somewhere else . For the car wash this is the best experience I’ve had at this location. Jonathan took care of me from start to finish he apologized for the lube place . He personally helped wash my truck when he wasn’t dealing with another customer just to make sure it being done right. But his guy Ryan had it handled. He did an amazing job . I’ll be back about every 2 weeks to get this done and will share my experience. I also bring my 3 other cars here as well . Thanks again for a great job"
