"I never leave negative reviews, but we just left and I feel compelled to say something to save your family the time and money of going to this place. We paid $120 for my husband and two of our kids to enter. There were people lined up almost out the door when we got there. It is a rainy holiday weekend, so that wasn’t shocking. My husband paid and we got in one of two very confusing lines to enter. People were already aggravated because it was completely unclear what lines to get in to pay or to enter. While we were waiting, parents exiting were literally warning us, “save yourselves!” They looked like they just came back from war. Once we made it upstairs we were greeted by an even bigger crowd. Every activity save for scribbling on paper with some trashed Crayola materials had an enormous line. My husband and I split up in order to hold places in lines so that our kids had any hope of doing any activities within two hours. I waited 45 minutes for my kids to melt two crayons, except the crayons kept breaking in the molds. It took 3 tries for my daughter to get a shark crayon. My other daughter’s crayon got mixed with a color that she hadn’t chosen because the mold had leftover wax in it, but she had a good attitude about it. If we wanted to melt crayons in molds we could have done this in our toaster oven at home. My sweet, patient kids made the most of it and had a good time, but going to Target and buying some Crayons would have netted basically the same experience. My more sensory sensitive kid stayed home and thank God he did. The cherry on top of this elbow-to-elbow crowded, over priced, insanely loud stain on Crayola’s otherwise fantastic reputation was that today was advertised as a SENSORY SENSITIVE day. If I had brought my other kid he 100% would have been suffering from the experience. In the words of the dad who went before us, save yourselves. There are so many other activities for kids in Orlando. This is a miss."

"We spent more than 6 hours here but could have spent more. I am a father of a 7, 5 and 2 year old. Wanting to do something off the Disney path we heard about the Crayola Experience and decided to check it out. It’s a large creative playground (not a real playground but a philosophical playground) just outside of a shopping and from the moment our kids ascended the multi colored stairs they were fully absorbed in the art-filled wonderland. Here is what we enjoyed. 1. You get tokens to do one of a kind activities like personalize your own crayon label. 2. There is art inspired activities all over. You can color pictures, you can make funny faces and watch them go up on screens, you can color pictures scan them in and watch your creations come to life. 3. You can play with the wonder of wax and make little molds or cool splatter paint. 4. If you’re willing to part with $20.00 you can make a techno colored wax hand. 5. When you are arted out you watch live shows on how crayons are made or you can play in play structures or even sit down and have a very mediocre lunch. With three kids of different ages and interests I was very impressed how well the crayola experience uniquely catered to each one of my kids needs. Would recommend."

"Prepare to spend 4 hours here. It is a creative child's paradise. My daughter and my toddler both loved the place. The staff was very nice and accommodating. They provided free tokens every time a machine got stuck. A must visit if you plan to space out your theme park visits with a restful fun day with family. The location within the mall was also very convenient."

"Went when we were on vacation and it was raining and needed to get out of the house. For the price I did expect more. The kids had a lot of fun. They were able to make a special crayon, wax drip spinner project, etc. When you buy tickets they also give 2 coins per ticket so you can purchase a crayon with a customizable name and clay mold. It was still a fun way to spend a few hours."

"It’s a super fun place for kids, even grownups indulge in drawing and painting. Few activities are fun for all age group. You need 2-3 hours to do all the activities. We choose to go on a weekday so the crowd was not that much. The print section was fun. Melting of crayons and making fun design was a good activity. They give you coins which can only be used for 1-2 activities like getting a crayola label and getting you name printed on it. The other coupons were for toy painting. We loved the fashion design activity , very creative and the magnetic show"
