"There were employees mopping the floor and cleaning while customers were parked outside waiting for their orders. We were the only ones inside and our food was cold. The young man that took our order had been cleaning the eating area when we came in and instead of just telling him he had a ring up the woman yelled at him to get over there. He was very sweet. That manager doesn't know how to put people where they need to be to make the orders go through quicker and satify the customers with food that is the right temperature. And yelling at staff.... That is an absolute NO NO, especially in front of the customer."
