"Well, as much as I hate to, this experience was horrible. We came in, we waited 20 minutes and besides a drink or order was never taken and the place was way under half capacity. Us and another couple spoke to the manger and she did not have any idea what was going on with her customers. Two other sets of customers left at the same time we did as they also had waited and were not waiting any longer either. We crossed the bridge and went to another bob Evans, same amount of people, instantly waited on!! Go to Huntington Bon Evans everyone, not Burlington/South point Ohio!!"

"I ordered country fried steak mashed potatoes gravy and green beans. The bean juice was in my whole plate. The country fried steak was sitting in the juice. Which ruined the taste of my food. I got coffee and it is ridiculous the price for a cup of coffee us 3.09 that is outrageous!!! My waiter didn't come back to my table until she brought the ticket then said would you like some more coffee, yeah I wanted more had been out since they brought my plate! When I checked out the lady asked how was the food and I told her it could have been better and then explained to her about the bean juice she just looked at me and said nothing. Yes I paid for the food that I did not eat, I ate some of it. Everything is so expensive these days I don't understand why people don't take a little extra care to give good food and service!"

"The service was so very kind and they did more than take care of our group. They gave us free accommodations and were very attentive to us! Definitely going back if I'm in the area again. Food was SO MUCH better than I expected!"
