"My friend got a baked potato, the other day. & it was rotten. Y'all need to check it before giving your food out to your customers. That really upsets me, my friend just had surgery, and that was pretty much the only thing she could eat. Without her stomach getting upset."
"This Wendys used to be fine, nothing spectacular but hey it’s a Wendys. Last few months it’s gone downhill really badly, I haven’t gotten a good meal here in quite awhile. Burnt fries, stale nuggets, you name it. It’s quite literally the worst fast food option in this area."
"The service here, the crew working at the time I visited, and the manager, are remarkably courteous and friendly. I've reviewed over 360 places in my 5 years as a local guide. Never was I treated so nicely. Especially since I accidentally dumped my large coffee on my table, chair, and the floor. They came immediately when I told them and also brought a fresh cup of coffee. In addition I noticed that the dining area was nearly spotless. Amazingly clean and organized. Whenever you can come visit this Wendy's. Oh, and the food was delicious."
"I used to love eating at this location, but it is going down hill fast! My burger was burnt to a crisp and the I went back and the sandwich was half burnt and the fries were soggy, cold and seem like it had been laying around in Greece for an hour! The last 3 days, I went and used the restroom and there was no soap or paper towels. A big grease spot was on the parking lot, and I almost fell! If there would of been a 0 rating available I would of picked that. Unexcusable!!"
"Ordered for take-out in the dining room. Spent almost $20. I live about 7 minutes from this Wendy's. When I got home the fries were cold and soggy and both sandwiches were cold. The chicken nuggets were cold and hard. The only thing that was any good were the drinks. Called manager to complain. Kathy was very nice and said food would be replaced at my convenience. Went the next day to have it replaced. Manager was a guy and he was very rude. Spent his time texting on his phone. Cashier was very nice, though. However, fries were still cold and so were the sandwiches. Was told everything was fresh. WILL NOT GO. BACK!!!!!"
