"I called to ask about what type of tanning bed they have. Obviously they don't like an informed consumer. I wanted to know the UVB ratings of their bulbs. Many companies advertise different qualities about their tanning beds, but many times it's false. So to find out exactly if they really had bronzing beds or not, I asked what the UVB rating was on their bulbs. They got very defensive, claimed to not even know the brand of machine they use. The information I asked is basically knowledge to anyone running a tanning business. So, I can only think of two things on why they would not tell me the UVB rating. Either then are not even aware of what they are using, or (b) they are being deceptive about what type of machines they really have, and don't want you to compare their units to their competitors. I called multiple times, was told to call back and ask the owner. I finally reached the owner. The owner tried to sidestep my question, change the topic, divert my question, ask why I wanted to know, and I told him. He then hung up on me. One of the other employees told me, if I want to be picky, go to pittsburgh. The UVB rating of a bulb determines how long the tan will last and how likely it will burn you. Common knowledge to any tanning owner. And something all informed customers should be knowledgeable about. Apparently Cody the owner prefers stupid customers. Beware, the place is deceptive, and manipulative!"
