"Today would’ve been the 3rd hair cut for my son. I understand people are busy. Especially on Saturday. We walked in at 11:00. I was told that the next available men’s hair cut was going to be 12:30. I didn’t want to wait an hour in a half. So we left. I called from the parking lot and made an appoint for 1:30. Figured I could run some errands while we waited on our appointment. Came back at 12:45. We were early, in hopes that maybe we could get in a little sooner. The salon had one person getting her hair colored. With 2 stylists just hanging out. Completely avoiding us. Then when Haley decided to greet us I told her what we were requesting. She was then very confrontational and rude. NOT an ounce of professionalism. This was not the first time I had watched her be rude or unprofessional to a client. I will NEVER patron Vince’s again. I will also tell anyone I speak to about this experience. Thankfully we found another little salon. Very close and went there. This service there was awesome. 2 very sweet ladies over at “ A new you styling salon”. Those ladies were kind and very sweet. Plus they were less expensive!"
