"Was supposed to get my hair highlighted today blonde, red, and some brown.. showed the stylist the picture of what I wanted she ended up coloring my whole head red.. and put very little blonde highlights in it. I told her I didn’t think I would like it and she just kept saying the red was beautiful!! It looks red and orange. Not to mention I had to go get rubbing alcohol to get all the dye off my face, forehead, neck, cheek, and ears. I paid 177.00 for something that now looks even worse 8 hrs later. I will be calling for a refund because now I have to go get it fixed. I’m in the medical field and my hair looks as bright as bozo the clowns hair. Never again"

She was very knowledgeable and took the time to talk with me before making too drastic of a change. I am very happy with my new style and will definitely be returning to see her again."

"Went in on 9/11/2023, My son had an appointment at 4:20pm, The young girl that was working was very inexperienced. Absolutely butchered my sons hair before his kindergarten pictures tomorrow.. the job was so bad I felt uncomfortable asking her to fix it because i could clearly tell she wasn't very experienced. This isn't the stylists fault. This is the fault of the establishment for having 1 inexperienced stylist working the day before school picture day"

"Terrible color.20 year old Beauty school graduate would not listen to me about MY hair and MY experience getting it colored for 30 years. Sloppy care. Filthy floors, robe and countertops. Seriously, go to Walmart before this "super" cuts."

"I have always gotten my hair cut here since i was a kid and when my hair is longer and i dont buzz it off i still do . I really lile this place and it is resonably priced ,the staff is very nice and your usally in and out pretty quick even if there are several people in there it still moves along pretty well"
