"To be honest, Harmer, tavern is buy choice. The best place to chill to have a few beers and good food. Specially during the Spring summer and fall season. They have a outside patio with a very comfortable feeling lots of seating That is pretty lit and the type of people that go there. Are more about business then you're typical rowdy bunch. The best part is bartenders in Bakersfield. In the people that work there are very hospitable in pleasant. They don't ignore you like at dive bar. Honestly can't think of one thing I don't like about it."

"One of Marietta’s best local spots! Food is always on point! I never ate hot dogs until I tried one from here and they are the BEST! Staff is fun & attentive and always make you feel welcome! Only one block from the river so you can dock up and walk over for food & drinks!"

"We love eating at here. As always the food was delicious and we had excellent service. Always enjoy being able to dine out on the patio. We also ordered food to go. The bologna sandwich and pub chips are some of our favorites but we have ordered various menu items on other visits and have always enjoyed everything."

"The OG tavern serving the west side since 1900. The Fried Bologna Sandwich is a favorite. The onion rings are perfect. Great atmosphere and service. Closed Mondays."

"Fried bologna Reuben was amazing! Even better than the "Soon to be famous" fried bologna sandwich. Homemade chips with six pepper blend were very good and spicy! Ice cold beer, friendly service and a great patio. Love this place!"
