"Pulled in at about 6pm 12/27/23 and there was only 1 other car there waiting for food. After I hit the button to order it took about 5 full minutes before our order was taken. The girl took my family's WHOLE ORDER and then told us the card reader was down. The kids were set on corndogs so we canceled our food and just got theirs with all the cash I had. It took 25 minutes to get 2 corndogs and fries. While waiting we could hear them taking orders over and over again without telling people they can't take cards until the end. When they brought out the food they were not apologetic at all and barely friendly. Absolutely piss-poor service all around. The food was fine."
"Waited 20 minutes on a mobile order of three drinks. App wouldn’t let me cancel, otherwise we would have left. Ice had melted in the drinks and watered down by the time we got them, so I know they were sitting ready the whole time. Very disappointing experience."
"There drinks are always on point and the food has always been hot and fresh. Service is quick, your in and out."
