"Best value for your buck, hands down! As long as you shop smart. Buying in bulk is a very thrifty and money saving thing to do as long as you understand your own needs and dont just buy whatever you like. Meat is the best thing to purchase here. I feed a family of 5 and I can break down one pack of meat from Sams Club into 3 to 5 smaller packs and still have a lot of left overs every meal. Cereal is another really good item. Coffee, sugar, tea bags. Bottled water, pop etc"
