"Never fails! You could have a prescription put in a week before and when you go to pick it up it won’t be ready. This is the third and final chance I give this location. Don’t listen to the time they tell you it will be ready when you call…because it will only get ready when you show up and wait for 15 min until they “expedite” prescription."

"I just moved to the area and had previously use a CVS pharmacy. Before I switched to this one, I saw the poorly ratings and still went ahead with moving my meds there. Big mistake. The staff is rude over the phone "if" you reach them at all. They are extremely slow at filling any order. I needed antibiotics and they took 4 days to get amoxicillin. Now I know that it hard to come by, but none of my prescriptions my doctor ordered were filled until then. I will be moving my business to a highly rated pharmacy in WV because this place is awful."

"The pharmacy is always very, very busy. The other clerks at the checkout tend to ignore your needs. I’m not likely to come back to the store to do any shopping. However, I will continue to get my prescriptions at the store."

"I’d give it zero stars if I could. This place is terrible. On two occasions I’ve needed to get my prescriptions coming straight out of surgery. Both times it was an hour wait even after being called in. It is NEVER ready on time not to mention if you have to wait in the waiting room God forbid you have to go to the bathroom which looks like something out of a third world country. Can we get a Walgreens or SOMETHING that gives adequate service where I don’t have to worry about sitting on a toilet seat that should have been in the WRONG TURN franchise. Sincerely yours… never shopping at CVS even if I’m bleeding to death, EVER AGAIN."

"This is by far the WORST PHARMACY i have ever been to! They NEVER have my medicine. Ever! How do they not know which medicine their customers need month after month?? I have to STOP IN because they NEVER answer the phones, just to be told they're out of stock and have to order that particular medicine. WHAT?! That is terrible service!! NOW, they apparently are closed on the weekends. I am livid. I can't express how terrible this pharmacy is. When you're standing at the register waiting for someone to wait on you, every person will look directly at me, ignore me like i am not there, and then continue to carry on their unprofessional conversations about other employees. Terrible terrible pharmacy!"
