"Wrong Food Order, Slow Service, No Excuse for this at all, People have places to be, people say time is money you know what I mean. Never going to eat here again. I am going to their competitors from now on. They had one job and they failed miserably at it. I want fast food service not slow service and usually you expect that from going inside at an actual restaurant, well this ain't even a fast food one. Don't come here, just go somewhere else it is that simple it is not worth going through this one. Maybe I don't need to tell that but hopefully you don't have to find out for yourself and you don't experience this."
"Food is great, everything is always piping hot. Wait time for food is sometimes pretty long. The reason for 3 stars is because the last 2 times I have been there they have gotten my order wrong. I order sandwiches and a few sides for five or six people when I go there. 1st time they left out a sandwich and onion rings, 2nd time they didn't have my order rang up properly was missing 2 sandwiches and a chicken stix. The first manager was really nice but we had to wait in a long line again to get what was missing, today the second manager seemed to have an attitude because I had to keep telling her how it should be and they kept getting it wrong. I must have kept the line waiting at least 10 minutes after I got up to the window."
