"123 Cafe is a great place for quick hibachi, sushi, or boba if you are looking for it. The service could be a little faster and the atmosphere does not really convey what the restaurant represents as it looks more like a modern cafe than any place that serves some traditionally Asian food. Overall though, I would highly recommend this place!"
"Food was flavorless dry and a huge waste of money. Only thing that was worth buying was the sushi. My daughter wouldn't even eat the noodles and she loves the noodles. I'll never eat here again and don't recommend it."
