"I didn't expect the quality of food being in Louisa, but was surprised how good it was...Generous pours, great Bloody Marys and even stocked Bluemoon. Friendly servers, great atmosphere inside the bar, however I'm a lil old for the drunken kareoke outside... Mostly locals just being good ole boys, my kinda place. Felt right at home and look forward to taking my better half now that I've felt it out..."

"We ordered a Reuben and 2 chicken fries steaks. The food was awful. The meat on the Reuben was discolored and looked like it was sitting around a few days. I took 2 bites and couldn't stomach it. The servers were in the back giggling and we're not attentive. All in all a bad experience. Do not recommend"

"Stopped here for a quick bite while in town, and was glad to see that it hasn’t change a bit and weathered the pandemic. The place is a perfect little piece of Americana and a great place to visit and a good place for a quick bite. The service was top of the line, quick and thorough. The food was good, interesting but unfortunately had a some preparation issues being almost overdone consistently. That being said it was still good. The fried green tomatoes were good, needed a little more seasoning in the breading but overall a much better version than many places that do a battered fried green tomato. Again I am hard on fried green tomatoes, it is just a personal thing. The hot dogs were in my opinion overcooked, but again not inedible. The sauce was good, with a bbq sauce base taste that actually worked fairly well with the slaw and cheese additional toppings. The atmosphere is exactly perfect for the venue, that being a small rural bar and grill. Keep it simple at the bar though as the offerings are a little limited, but super affordable."

"I never considered myself a connoisseur of hamburger buns but these were especially tasty. The burger was tender and juicy, and the fries were crispy and savory. My husband is a military veteran and we both appreciated the patriotic theme. The day we went was crazy busy, with both a softball tournament and a harvest festival in town, adding to the stress of the understaffed restaurants. But they handled rude customers with grace, and the food was worth the wait."

"This is a MUST stop!!!! Found this little place on our motorcycle trip and due to them supporting the Military we chose to support them. We walked in and was greeted and waited on by the sweetest young lady! Cute little joint decorated in Military theme, owned by a retired Marine. He himself makes everything from scratch! OHMYGOD the food was amazing and the cheesecake is the best I've ever had! We will most definitely make this a place to ride to again."
