"I used R & M Auto Glass to tint my vehicle windows for the car I purchased 8 days ago. My car had zero scratches on it when I dropped it off at R & M..however, when I picked up my car after the windows were completed I drove home and noticed a long scratch mark on the front bumper with paint that did not even match my car(as if they were trying to cover up the marks) I went there the next morning and of course they denied that they hit or scratched my vehicle. The owner called me and wanted me to send pictures of the scratch which I did with no response. Accidents happen and if they would have been honest with me about what happened we could of worked something out but just to ruin someone's car and lie about it is just ignorant. There is zero customer service anymore. So now I am stuck with a new car with tinted windows and a $394.00 touch up paint job to fix what they did to my vehicle. I would not recommend this business to anyone unless you do not care about how they treat your vehicle. There is nothing like a new car. I had mine for 8 day before they messed it up for me. And it is not just that they scratched it, it is the fact they lied about it and did not even tell me about it as if I would not notice it."
