"Needed coolant for a bmw. Associate looked up what I needed and got it for me. I asked if he could make sure I knew where to add it, and he came out and looked under the hood. I showed him where I found the coolant cap, and he verified it was correct. Also told me to make sure I let the car cool for a bit, before I added it at home. Very nice and professional"

"I am always greeted with a smile and courteous staff everytime I enter this establishment. The young men who work here aren't pushy and do not treat me, a woman, like I have no reason to be in such a place. I have had negative experiences at the other auto store just down the road and the manager there once told me that they acted toward me the way they do because I am a woman. The gentlemen in the store tonight were exceptional and even replaced the remote in my car fob for me without hesitation. They didn't have to do this for me, so kudo's to him for taking the time to do this for me."
