"I got a nacho bell grande. I always order it with extra cheese but hardly ever get it. It's usually mostly chips. On December 22,2023 I ordered a nacho bell grande w/extra cheese,didn't get it but what I did get was a hair in it. I called and talked to a manager and asked if they were required to wear hair nets. His response was no we are not if your hair doesn't come below your shoulders. My response was and that's why customers find hair in their food. I'm sorry but anyone who works in food service should be wearing hair nets and gloves. It is just unacceptable not to."
"Honestly the experiences I’ve had here all around have been so bad lately. I place orders and they don’t have any record of them and it takes them 30 minutes to prepare it once we even arrive. Doordashes are always late and the service is always horrible. The employees treat everyone their coworkers and their customers horribly. Seriously need better management here."
"They are always super friendly when I come in, most the time the food is great. However every single time I go there my quesadillas are mostly tortilla, barely anything else that comes in a quesadilla! So just a warning if you want a quesadilla."
