"I ordered 2 crispy chicken blt biggie bags and they only gave me one order of my nuggets, no crispy onions and had very old French fries. We called about it cause we go straight home and the girl on the phone said "Thankyou for letting us know." Horrible customer service! Go to the other wendys!"
"Fries were so greasy! They rushed and didnt offer us a drink carrier, we had to ask. The bacon on my baconator is raw!!! I asked for only mustard and pickle on my sandwich and the ketchup was poorly wiped off of it instead if making one fresh. We love Wendy's, but wont ever go to this location on Pike St. Doesn't even compare to the Muskinghum Dr Location"
"If I were in a life or death situation and getting a wrong order was the only way to save me, I’d come here. I have to take my burger up every time (without fail so far), and look like an idiot because I have to stand in line again to get it corrected. Parking is good."
"My junior bacon cheeseburger was cold as well as my fries. I also got a taco salad. Chili was cold. The salad they gave me for a taco salad had egg on it. There were large chunks of the core of the head of lettuce in it."
"Not happy whatsoever. I placed an order at 2:15pm and the order was meant to arrive by 2:32pm. 2:35 rolls around and I check my order status. It says the estimated delivery time is now in 10 minutes (2:45) and my driver messages around that time as well to let me know it’s delayed. ok a little late not too worried. Every time I checked the order status it just said arrival time 10 minutes ahead of whatever time it was. My driver waited there for half an hour without receiving food or any help. He eventually left and a new driver was assigned to my order. She gets there and waits a while until my order was cancelled (not by me) at 3:32 an HOUR after it was meant to arrive. While the girl I talked to on the phone seemed nice and was trying to help she had just got there and had no clue what was going on. She told me once the food left their building and was picked up it was no longer in their hands but I kept explaining the food never left! I told them I had two drivers show up that were given no food or assistance. She said my order was sitting there but there was no one to pick it up…I am not pleased…can’t review the food as I never got it :))))) y’all need better communication and organization."
