"After spending 10’s of thousands on an inground pool from Chochran Pools just under 3 years ago It appears they wash their hands with it all after a sale. Horrible rude customer service. Absolutely no help. They can’t even respond to getting you the price of a new liner after apparently you spring a leak they don’t even know of a place that comes out to repair said leak. They won’t even price me a new liner. Considering I purchased the pool and construction of it with them! To top it off they didn’t like my Facebook review so they decided to block me instead of trying to right it like any business owner would. I never once called or messaged them trying to get anything free from them I needed a pool repair man like a plumber or any other sort of situation. They have no answers and seem clueless although this is what they literally do for a living. But yet they won’t even price a new one. This is how family owned businesses go under. Biggest regret doing business with such a horribly ran company"
