"Terrible pool installer, rude, disrespectful, liar, unprofessional, and leaves trash everywhere. Claim to know how to do electric work but doesn’t know what he doing with electric had to hire electrician to go behind him to fix his unsafe work. Klaiber pools was paid to install pool in July 2023. Immediately upon adding water, the pool was several inches out of level. Klaiber did not know how to fix his bad install. Klaiber never took accountability for his bad install. Klaiber cost us several thousands of extra money including new liner wasted water and other costs and still do not have a functioning pool and a back yard that is a disaster. Klaiber attempts to use potty language and harsh voice inflections to attempt to intimidate home owners. Said he would make everything right with us but instead tries to be bully to get his way. Klaiber is a bad pool installer"
