Wendy's

"I purchased a chicken wrap and got a hair in my mouth from it. I went to the counter and showed it to the manager. I also pointed out that no one was wearing a hair net or gloves , they also do not have biard if health rating posted. Manager claims they are not required to wear hair nets when handling food, so i guess it's acceptable to serve hair in their food, won't ever eat there again, called and turned them into board of health, avoid royston Wendy's at all costs"

"I went through the dive thru after ordering online. So I don't have much to comment on this one, however, they didn't make my order until I got there and checked in at the speaker box, so it was nice and fresh! Wendy's in my opinion has all these other franchise chain fast food restaurants like McDonald's and Burger King beat forever! Not only do they offer more bang for your buck with their value meals and biggie deals but also the taste of their food puts the rest to shame."

"One person is very rude to customers. If u dont want to work there quit. Dont take your anger out on hungry folks. Also i understand when were told to pull forward it makes yalls numbers go up for fast service. Telling 4 trucks to pull forward isnt being fast. Then the lady gets mad cause theys a line well stop creating a line. On top of that our order is messed up had to wait to get the nuggets. Get home missing half the chili and no straws or dipping sauce for the kids nuggets. We have them the benefit of doubt after the first mess up but dang again. It only takes one bad apple to ruin the whole bunch. Remember that."

"Their chicken nuggets are better than McDonald's. Just my opinion, also I love that they have Root beer. Not many places do. I only drink Sprite and Root beer and water. I also like that Wendy's has different choices on the menu, and things are always changing, always something new to try. Other places are the same old stuff every time you go. Wendy's is always less crowded, too."

"My daughter went to wendys tonight and bought food, she got a chicken sandwich combo and 2 daves single burgers. The chicken as u see in pictures is raw and had a sour smell to it. They did the same thing to me and my husband, i believe the health department needs to be called, my daughter threw up, they dont change their grease properly either, fries are burned and dark brown from the old grease. Wendys here in royston used to be good, but now if u eat there, u are taking a huge risk of food poisoning. We wont eat there ever again. Yuck!!!!"
