"Just Terrible!!! I purchase and paid for tires and rims in July. The service guy said they were balance but the front was shaking after they put tires on that wasn’t before. I replace my tire rods and was told tires need balance. I came in on Saturday at 9:15 am and waited for two hours and the service guy in the back come out and tell me I need to come back Monday. That’s while I’m writing this post. I’ve had to come back three time to RAW to get my tire balance correctly of go to some place else and pay $45 per tire. This is unacceptable"
"The process is easy and affordable to receive what you want. The price is ridiculous if you don't pay within the 90 days. The team is nice and willing to get you exactly what you need. After buying, I probably will never do it again. It becomes hectic at times when other things come up and there is a grace period. Life hits us unexpectedly. Their first action is legal. But that's their policy. No matter how long you've been paying. So please read carefully over the printed documents before you sign. I give 5 stars to Monique. Great customer service! She is never rude and always polite w/ manners when she has to reach out to you. She always has a positive attitude and is respectful. Monique, keep up the good work. Those traits that you have will take you a long way in life. Thank you!"
