"On behalf of my aunt who is elderly Loretta Griffin I am posting this review on top quality Paint And Body concerning my aunts 2005 Chevrolet avalanche it’s terrible how bad these people are with their professionalism they are inexperienced they don’t fix anything properly. My doors are uneven hard to close due to the accident. She has issues going on. She took it back two times to get repairs done on things that they screwed up six months later, same problems now my own spinning lots of money trying to get electrician to figure out what they crossed up with her wiring. My next step is to direct my aunt to the Better Business Bureau because these people shouldn’t be in business. The reviews they got are terrible, but my aunt didn’t know where she was taking her truck being so trusted by people who betray their customers now they don’t have too many words for her when she asked them to correct the problems. It’s amazing how businesses like this try to run over elderly people, women, and even men in general that don’t have knowledge on how to handle these kind of manners with these type of unprofessional people so please anybody who read this review please do not take your automobile to top quality in Augusta Georgia. One comes before destruction. I didn’t mean to give them not even want star for recommendation or credit but in order to get this post through I had to put one star at least out of the five stars rating, so just know the start I put on here is not for recommendation is just because they wouldn’t let me go through the process without doing so"

"Absolutely terrible paint job done on 19 F150. Dirt and debris under paint and clear coat. Gouges in paint. Delayed for 3 weeks due to " needing to repaint hood and fender due to blemishes ". Also didn't complete work. Also put wrong refrigerant in my AC. 100% do not recommend!"

"I am so pleased with the repairs to my car. Friendly, polite and respectful staff. After repairs they even cleaned my car. All repairs have a lifetime warranty. Oh I saved some cash too! Thank you!!!!! See my before and after pictures. If Google did not send emails about reviews I've done I wouldn't had thought I was able to update my review. The paint and body work was decent however paint began to peal off the areas that had been repaired after a year. I mean peal ugly! Had I not gotten rid of the vehicle I would have gone back to complain. Think I'll stick with Kendrick Paint and Body from now on."
