My Dr. ( do not know if I am allowed to mention name) upon coming in the exam room was very very nice, great bubbly attitude and that gave me a calming feeling . "This was my first visit with Dr. Johnson. He is nothing short of AMAZING!! The staff working with him was courteous, professional, and the customer service I received was great! I was late arriving because I didn't know exactly where the office was located. The receptionist made it clear that she needed to ask Dr. Johnson of he would still see me. I understood and waited for the response. He agreed to see me and did not rush through the appointment even though it was at the end of the business day. The receptionist stayed until I checked out. I told her I could call back to schedule so she could leave for the day. She politely declined and treated me as if she had all the time in the world to help me schedule. I didn't even know she was waiting for me to checkout until I got on the elevator and saw her cut off the lights. Great teamwork between all of his staff!! Excellent experience!"
"Absolutely amazing nurses, and Doctor. Make you feel more than just a patient. As a parent I'm very scared when my baby gets sick, so you can imagine how I was when the Doctor started telling me about my son's surgery. But when I tell you everyone was so loving and kind to myself and my son, the energy was outstanding.
